I have the full right to decline any commissions I'm not comfortable with

In the sketching phase, I will give you 2-3 rough sketches options in order to discuss possibilities

100% payment is expected after we have come to agreement on the sketches

The process may take up to 3 months depending on your order

I will update w.i.ps in order from sketch - color sketch - rendering to additional details and small post-production correcting

I may update the process through social media, feel free to ask me to private w.i.ps (free of charge)

If you are dissatisfied with the sketches and are provided with new options, or decide to cancel the commission, it is prohibited to further use the old sketches for any other purposes

I retain author rights of the commissions, which means I have the full right to be credited, upload the artworks to my personal portfolio and both sides must not profit further from the artwork after the process has finished

Once you have received the sketches and payments have been made, you cannot ask for a refund, unless the issues come from my side (I miss the deadline, I ask for a cancellation due to personal issues, e.g.)
